Make yourself a priority!
In the last few weeks, I have had a recurring conversation with many different people. They have shared their hectic schedules, their commitments to others, their lack of focus and their failure to take care of themselves. The bottom line is they have been taking care of everyone else at their own expense.
As we embark on a new month and a new season, I am inviting you to make yourself a priority. I am encouraging you to schedule your sleep schedule. What does that mean? Try to set a schedule to not only wake up at a certain time but also to go to sleep at a certain time. Keep it consistent. Plan your meals for the week and food shop accordingly. This decreases poor choices and reduces costs. Schedule time for yourself. Take a walk, pray, meditate and, of course, have your weekly spinal check up with your favorite chiropractors.
You are worth it. Making yourself a priority is not only a good idea but it is vital for you and your family. See you on your next visit.
