Happy September

Are you noticing the small stuff? I think most of us are so busy and consumed by our screens that we are missing out on the beauty of the every day miracles. I think that some of us are so overwhelmed by the hiccups of life that we forget to be thankful for our many blessings.

I’d like you to take notice of what you give your attention to these days. Are you focused on what you can change or on what you want to control? Are you focused on what you can’t do or what you are able to do?

I’d like you to take notice of the older practice members in our office. Many have been getting adjusted for years, some even decades. Notice their movements. Notice their attitude. They are living their best life. They’re bowling, taking vacations, volunteering, participating in clubs, playing instruments, exercising, substitute teaching, tutoring, skiing, taking yoga classes, playing pickleball, etc. They are smiling. They are my inspiration!

Be thankful and notice the beauty every day. Take a break from your screens and move more. Get adjusted on a regular schedule, regardless of whether you have an ache or pain. Invest in your future self.

See you on your next visit.
