Happy June!

As you plan your summer activities and plant your flowers remember to schedule your chiropractic visits.

Vertebral subluxations, spinal misalignments that interfere with the way your body and brain communicate, can happen at any time for any reason. New stresses, like gardening, raking, digging, reaching, bending over, etc. can create a subluxation. The kicker is that, most times, these misalignments don’t cause any pain but ALWAYS limit the way you function.

Just as you plan your activities and look forward to that vacation, plan your visit to have your spine checked. Most people love the flexibility of not having an appointment but some need the structure of having one. Go ahead and enter it in your calendar and set a reminder in your phone. And, most importantly, bring the family.

Here’s to an amazing start to summer. See you on your next visit.
