Happy November
November is a time to reflect and appreciate the beauty that is around us. The colorful leaves, which will eventually be shed, and the brisk air are upon us. Just as the trees release their leaves to come back stronger and more beautiful in the Spring, it is in our best interest to shed that which burdens us so that we, too, can come back stronger and more beautiful.
We encourage you to give thanks for your blessings and appreciate the people who are around you. Let them know they are important to you.
We encourage you to better take care of yourself and this sometimes means saying “No” so that you can relax and not be overwhelmed. So in NOvember, set a limit to frivolous spending. Maybe there will be better food choices in NOvember if you restrict your sugar intake. You get the idea.
Say “yes” to taking care of yourself and making you a priority. Sleep well. Eat well. Keep moving on a daily basis and, of course, get adjusted on a regular basis.
See you on your next visit.
