May!

May is here and brings with it new possibilities. Nature is wakening and showing its colorful beauty. The birds are chirping and the weather is finally warming up!

We have been through some challenges recently but how we choose to deal with them is what makes us different from one another. What is stressful for you, may not be stressful for me. What excites you, may not excite me. We are different! Thank goodness, we are different.

We recently attended a state chiropractic conference and listened to some amazing chiropractors from all over the country. The message always got back to our amazing bodies and how we function so much better without spinal misalignment (vertebral subluxation) than with spinal misalignment. Vertebral subluxations ALWAYS limit the way our bodies work, regardless of pain or other symptoms.

In reflecting on the presentations, we were reminded to choose the positive and focus our attention to the potentials before us. It may take more effort to focus on the positive, but it’s definitely worth it. It takes effort to exercise, to make the bed, to make better food choices, to weed the garden, to wash the car, to clean the house, to visit the chiropractor, to take better care of yourself – but the outcome is rewarding and satisfying.

MAY you continue to make better choices and focus on the positive. See you and your family soon for your chiropractic check-up.
