June!

june

As we wrap up the Memorial Day weekend and remember those who have served our country and gave the ultimate sacrifice, we also remember those who continue on without their loved ones.

June is starting off on a bright and sunny note. It’s even nicer and appreciated more after the cold and rainy days we just experienced.

Summertime provides many opportunities to appreciate the outdoors. Most people will be more active and attempt to tackle outdoor projects. Remember to pace yourself and to always include chiropractic as part of your routine.

We are always here to check your spine after yardwork, moving patio furniture, swimming, hosting a graduation party, riding in your boat, and, of course, living your everyday life.

Enjoy your day!
