Happy New Year

As another year ends, we look forward to a new beginning. For some, 2022 was a very challenging year. Some lost loved ones, some had serious health challenges and some had personal challenges. The silver lining, as my father-in-law would say, is that you were blessed to have that loved one in your life. Your grief reflects the deep love you shared with that person. He spoke from experience.

We are faced with a new beginning. An opportunity to sit and reflect on the old and plan for the new. We can live in the past or choose to live in the present and plan for the future. We encourage you to set some goals for the new year. They don’t have to be overwhelming. They can be little changes that have great outcomes. Flossing your teeth doesn’t take long at all and has great benefits. Walking for ten minutes each day is absolutely doable and not only improves your mobility, balance and strength, it also improves your mental health. Having your spine checked is an incredible gift to give to yourself and to your family. The adjustment removes the interference to your nerve system, improves communication from your brain to all of your tissues and organs. It improves your function and allows for a sense of ease in your body.

We look forward to seeing you in the office on a regular basis. Simply show up during regular hours to continue or restart your path to living your best life. Encourage your friends, co-workers and family members to have their spine checked. You never know how you can positively influence their life.

We thank you for sharing your homemade baked goods with us. Thank you for the gifts of wine, chocolate, candles and gift cards. We truly appreciate every one of you and wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous Holiday Season….and, THANK YOU for being part of our family.
