Put a little Spring in your step

April22

Dare I say that Spring is finally here? Every time I think we are out of the winter woods, it’s back with a vengeance. The heat is still on and we’re still wearing winter coats with scarves around our necks but I do think it’s safe to put a little Spring in our step!

In many conversations at the office, I am hearing how people have started their spring clean-ups. Yards are being raked, closets are getting cleaned out and more and more of you are venturing out for walks. I am so excited and proud of you for taking the necessary steps to move a little bit more. Every little bit helps. Exercise not only keeps the joints moving but also shakes off the mental cobwebs. Exercise is good for your physical body and is great for your mental health.

Taking a 30 minute walk may be overwhelming for some. Divide it up and take three 10 minute walks throughout your day. The benefits are there and you will feel quite accomplished.

It may seem overwhelming to have your spine checked for vertebral subluxations on a regular basis but it truly makes a huge difference not only for your physical being but for your mental being as well. Gentle and specific adjustments, not like some of the TicTok videos you have shared with me, are safe and effective for removing nerve interference.

Just as you set aside time to do some Spring cleaning, make the time for you and your family to have a Chiropractic adjustment. The benefits are there and you will feel quite accomplished. Happy Spring!
