Happy New Year!
2025 had its moments for us. Some were good and some were challenging. We’re choosing to focus on the good and learn from the moments that challenged us. Either way we are entering a new year with a grateful heart.
We would like to take a moment and thank you for your kindness and your support. Thank you for your home-made cakes, cookies, candies, flowers and wine. We are blessed to have such an amazing practice who have become friends and like family to us. We hope that you enjoyed our home-made cookies. It is a tradition for us to bake and share our “snack table”, as one little girl labeled it, as a way of saying “thank you” for being a part of our practice. We made over 120 dozen cookies and there’s very few left!
So now what? It’s 2026! What goals do you have? Have you taken the time and written some things down that you would like to accomplish? It could be as simple as taking a ten minute walk in the morning, making more meals at home, eating less sweets and processed food, reaching out to friends and family members and reconnecting, or getting those projects at home handled. Whatever it is, start small and let your momentum carry you forward.
It’s always in your best interest to take care of yourself. If you’re not good for you, you can’t be good for those who depend on you. Take the time to make yourself a priority. Come in to get checked for vertebral subluxations. They always negatively affect your body’s performance. Getting adjusted always allows for your body to adapt and perform better. It’s a new year and a great time to refocus on you.
See you on your next visit.
