Happy June!

Summer is around the corner. It may not seem like it because after all, my heat still kicked on in the middle of last night! The weather this week will be in the 80s and flirt with 90 degrees. Summer will happen. Be prepared.
This week may be challenging for some. Some will celebrate holidays and accomplishments. Some will cry with joy. Others with sorrow. As noted in the Facebook group, Inspiring and Positive Quotes, “Sometimes, the most important thing you can do is simply keep moving forward, even when the road feels uncertain. Life may not always go the way we plan, but it’s in those moments of challenge that we find our true strength. Keep believing, keep hoping, and trust that every step forward, no matter how small, is progress.”
No matter what, it is always in your best interest to keep yourself strong and at your best. Getting your spine checked for vertebral subluxation and receiving spinal adjustments removes the interference to your nervous system. Removing interference allows your tissues, your organs and your body to function at your best. Isn’t that what you want?
Our office hours are a little different this week. Please click on the link below for our June calendar. Dr. Joe will have surgery on Tuesday. Dr. Mark Messano will be covering on Wednesday and will gladly check your spine and keep you updated on Dr. Joe’s progress.
