Welcome to longer and warmer days. As you spend more time outside, remember to make time for yourselves.
So many of you have told me about your travel plans and your outside chores for your lawn, garden and your pool. You are entertaining your friends and family and attending sporting events. This is all so important for your wellbeing. Being outside and socializing are good for the soul. With all that being said, please remember to take care of yourselves.
As your schedule becomes more hectic, it becomes more important to make time for your chiropractic adjustments. As your stresses increase so does the need to get adjusted. It does not matter if you have an ache or a pain. It does matter if you have a spine and a nerve system. Your brain, spinal cord and nerves are vital to the functioning of your body. Make the time to keep you and your family functioning at your best.
Make it a “self-care Saturday” or “maximize your function Monday” if you need to schedule your visit . Whatever day works for you, make it a priority. You are worth it!
