Happy July!

Welcome to summer at the Shore! The food stores and the roadways are a bit more crowded and there are events to attend that are only available during these summer months.

Some of your activities are unique to this time of year. You’re spending more time outside, you’re sailing on your boat, you’re gardening, you may be more physically active or you may be travelling. Whatever you are doing, you are stressing your body differently. You are using different muscles. You may even be eating differently No matter what you are doing differently, one thing remains constant. It is in your best interest to have your spine checked on a regular basis to ensure your spinal cord, brain and nerves are working at their best. You don’t wait to brush your teeth until you have a cavity. You don’t wait to shower until you are filthy. You shouldn’t wait for a symptom to get adjusted. Only roughly ten percent of your nerves are capable of sensing pain so why base your function on ten percent of your nerves. The other ninety percent do not sense pain but rather supply vital information to your muscles and internal organs. Clearly, that function is more important.

As your summertime activities change, keep the healthy routine of getting checked and adjusted. We are here for you.

See you on your next visit.
