Happy February!
| February is the month of love (Valentine’s Day), the month usually associated with the greatest snowfall and for Presidents’ Day. It has always been our suggestion to love yourself. You are not being selfish when you take care of yourself. It is imperative that you eat nutritious food, stay hydrated, get adequate sleep, keep a social circle that nurtures your emotional being and certainly, have your spine checked for vertebral subluxations on a regular basis. Vertebral subluxations (VS) are the spinal misalignments that interfere with the proper messages from your brain to your body. VS ALWAYS limits the function of your body and ALWAYS affects your function in a negative way. You ALWAYS function better after an adjustment whether you feel differently or not. Pick a day(s) of the week that best suits your schedule and commit to stopping by the office to get checked for VS. Taking care of yourself is a New Year’s resolution that should be at the top of your list of priorities. If you’re not at your best, you cannot be at your best for your family and friends. Remember to pace yourself if you have to shovel snow and keep an eye out for any emails indicating a change in hours if the lot is not plowed or if it’s just too dangerous to venture out. If you happen to be available on Presidents’ Day, come on by to get adjusted. We will be open regular hours on February 17th. See you on your next visit. Dr. Daria Dr. Joe P.S.
