Celebrate Life!
Today is a great day to celebrate life! Take a moment to reflect on and appreciate your life, your family, your friends and your pets. Take in the beauty of your surroundings. Take the time and invest in yourself and your relationships because in an instant, everything can change.
It is so easy to be overwhelmed by the to-do lists and the mundane of the every day. I invite you to spend more time doing what brings you joy and gives you positive experiences. I invite you to improve your food choices, to increase your exercise activity during the day, to pray, to laugh, to smile more and to get more sleep. Focus on the positive and learn from the experiences that don’t go as planned. Celebrate life!
On June 11, we will be celebrating the life of Joe’s dad with a memorial mass at St. Justin’s at 11:00. You’re welcome to join us. My father-in-law always found the silver lining in all his life experiences and could laugh at the weakest of jokes. He could have a conversation with anyone and would always offer a lending hand. We were fortunate to have him live with us for over two and a half years and have amazing memories. He has truly been missed.
Celebrate life! Tomorrow is not promised to any of us.
